    Always clean, great rooftop patio with views of the water, pleasant staff, generally quiet. Good coffee and excellent London fogs! Prices are high-ish (compared to, say, Tim's) but it's worth it for an occasional treat.

    Love the coffee. Good service. Nice place to sit and enjoy a coffee. I often go when I have to work for 1-2 hours.
